Join us at the Food Hub to discover the art of dim sum making from expert chef Yui Miles. This dim sum making workshop gives you the opportunity to create different types of dumplings learning special tips and tricks along the way. On this workshop you will learn the art of making perfect homemade dumpling wrappers and also using ready made for dim sum in a hurry.. You will make hand pleated dim sum in classic flavours to impress your friends and family such as Sui Mei, Won Tons and Gyoza. Yui will teach you both pan fried and steamed Gyoza and how to transform the Won Tons into a delicious Won Ton soup.
Yui’s courses are fun and informative; with detailed easy to follow recipes to replicate at home.
The course will run from 12.45pm until 3pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
