Enjoy a day with our talented chef on a wonderful Italian cookery course. Throw yourself into creating a fantastic Italian feast, using tried and tested recipes. We will show you how to make wonderful pasta dough and then guide you through a number of delicious options from tortelli to tortellini to linguine. You will not only master the art of pasta but also Italian classics including gnocchi, sauces and magnificent main dishes.

The course will run from 10.00am until 3.00pm and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the day will be provided.

By the end of the course, you will have mastered the art of pasta-making and have a range of classic Italian recipes to impress your friends and family with. You will leave with a full stomach, a new set of skills, and a recipe booklet so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
