Rose Paul Brunch Sessions-Gut Healthy Breakfasts

In this 90 minute session, Nutritional Therapist Rose Paul will share all her knowledge about the gut microbiome and how it can impact our immunity and mental health, as well as our digestive healthy. Dive into what we can do to feed our beneficial bugs, what the difference is between pre and probiotics, and make delicious breakfast options for the whole family that support our wellbeing. 

Along with useful information and plently of oppurtunity to ask questions, there will be a demonstration led by our resident chef Sophie who will show you how to make two delicious gut healthy brunch recipes such as overnight oats and the ultimate gut loving smoothie.

A Little about Rose-

Rose is a registered Nutritional Therapist, who qualified after 4 years study from the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. Her own health journey has led her to understand the power of food as medicine, and she works with clients to address the root cause of illness, using food and lifestyle to help support health from the inside out.

As a food lover, Rose aims to promote enjoyment of food and the importance of having a positive relationship with what we choose to eat.

The course will run from 10.00am until 11.30am and includes demonstration cookery session and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the session will be provided.
