Rose Paul Brunch Sessions-Weekend and Special Breakfasts

In this 90 minute session, Nutritional Therapist Rose Paul will share all her knowledge about special breakfasts which are still nutritionally balanced.

Enjoy delicious weekend breakfasts that are not only something to celebrate but that give you energy, make you feel great and nourish the whole family.

Along with useful information and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, there will be a demonstration led by our resident chef Sophie who will show you how to make two delicious healthy brunch recipes such as two styles of Shakshuka and Protein pancakes with fruit compote and toasted nuts.

A Little about Rose-

Rose is a registered Nutritional Therapist, who qualified after 4 years study from the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. Her own health journey has led her to understand the power of food as medicine, and she works with clients to address the root cause of illness, using food and lifestyle to help support health from the inside out.

As a food lover, Rose aims to promote enjoyment of food and the importance of having a positive relationship with what we choose to eat.

The course will run from 10.00am until 11.30am and includes demonstration cookery session and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and recipes for the session will be provided.
