Join us at The Food Hub for a relaxed, hands-on evening exploring the bold, fragrant flavours of Indian cooking.

Perfect for anyone who loves a good curry and wants to learn how to recreate authentic flavours at home, this course will take you through the spices, ingredients and techniques that form the foundations of great Indian food.

About the Course

This hands-on course is suitable for both beginners and more confident cooks and is designed to build your understanding of how Indian flavours are created and balanced.

Working alongside your chef, you'll learn how to use whole and ground spices, build flavour through tempering and sautéing, and create rich, aromatic dishes from scratch.

You'll cook a selection of dishes throughout the evening before sitting down together to enjoy everything you've made.

Recipes on this course may include:

  • Fragrant Chicken Curry

  • Tarka Dal

  • Spiced Vegetable Dish

  • Homemade Flatbreads
